1. Service Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern the Phoenix Maxwell Unlimited mobile plan (“the Offer”). The Offer provides unlimited UK data, minutes, and SMS, subject to the fair usage terms set out below.
2. Eligibility
- Available to new and existing Phoenix Maxwell customers.
- No credit checks are required.
- Pre-payment is required before service activation.
3. Charges
- First month: £9.99
- Subsequent months: £13.50 (fixed price, no 2025 increase)
- Payment is collected via GoCardless direct debit.
4. Fair Usage Policy
- Data: 650GB per billing month
- Calls: 3,000 UK minutes per billing month
- SMS: 3,000 UK text messages per billing month
Usage above these thresholds may be restricted, suspended, or charged at standard out‑of‑bundle rates.
5. Bill Shock Prevention
Phoenix Maxwell eliminates user bill shock by barring the following services:
- Roaming
- International calls
- Premium rate calls
- Premium rate SMS
- All other chargeable services other than UK calls, UK SMS and UK data
6. Contract Term
- The contract term is 30 days, monthly rolling.
- The contract can be cancelled at any time by giving 30 days’ notice.
- Notice of cancellation must be served by emailing service@phoenixmaxwell.com.
7. Service Availability
The Offer is powered by O2. Service availability may vary depending on location, device, and network conditions.
8. General
- Phoenix Maxwell reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time with reasonable notice.
- By subscribing to the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in addition to Phoenix Maxwell’s General Terms of Service.
